London, 10 October 2023, (Oilandgaspress) – The new Mercedes-AMG GT 63 4MATIC+ Coupé (combined fuel consumption, WLTP: 14.1 l/100 km, combined CO₂ emissions, WLTP: 319 g/km)[2] can now be ordered from sales partners in Germany and online. The sales price starts at 188,704.25 euros1. The new top-of-the-range Mercedes-AMG model combines highly dynamic driving characteristics with improved suitability for everyday use. High-tech components such as AMG RIDE CONTROL suspension with active roll stabilisation, active rear-axle steering as standard and active aerodynamics sharpen the driving profile. The sporty coupé also brings its power to the road with the fully variable AMG Performance 4MATIC+ all-wheel drive for the first time. Other standard features include DIGITAL LIGHT and Drift Mode.
The exclusive AMG sports car architecture permits an expanded dimension concept with optional 2+2 seats. For a sports car in this class, this means passengers have a very good sense of space and plenty of room for their luggage. The large EASY PACK tailgate including the HANDSFREE ACCESS function makes loading and unloading easier. If necessary, the luggage compartment can be expanded significantly using the split folding rear seat backrests.
The functional and optical centre in the interior is the 11.9‑inch MBUX multimedia touchscreen. The portrait format offers clear advantages, especially for navigation, as well as more ergonomic freedom. MBUX Navigation Premium and AMG TRACK PACE are on board as standard. Also included is the memory package allowing up to three different seat positions to be saved.
The Mercedes-AMG GT 63 4MATIC+ Coupé impresses with its extraordinary driving dynamics, combined with the utmost efficiency for low consumption and emission values. The improved AMG 4.0 litre V8 biturbo engine produces output of 430 kW (585 hp) and delivers maximum torque of 800 Nm over a wide engine speed range of 2,500 to 4,500 rpm. It takes the sporty coupé just 3.2 seconds to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h.
