Message Broadcast Appoints Raed Adhami as Chief Innovation Officer

Industry veteran appointed in new leadership role to drive innovative solutions that transform customer engagement for utilities and other highly regulated industry sectors

DENVER–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Message Broadcast, a leading provider of customer engagement software for the electric utility industry, has appointed Raed Adhami as its Chief Innovation Officer. In his new role, Raed will lead the Company’s innovation strategy, driving the development of differentiated and comprehensive platform for customer engagement and additional critical workflows.


Raed has a strong track record of leading technology innovation in enterprise software. He joined Message Broadcast via its acquisition of AGENT511, where he was a co-founder and Chief Technology Officer. In addition to AGENT511, Raed co-founded two other successful technology companies and holds multiple groundbreaking patents.
