AUSTIN, Texas–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Infinitum, creator of the sustainable air-core motor, today announced it has been named to Fast Company’s prestigious list of the World’s 50 Most Innovative Companies of 2025, ranking No. 19 overall and No. 1 in the energy category. This year’s list spotlights more than 600 organizations that are setting new standards across 58 sectors of the economy.
Infinitum has created a new paradigm for an electric motor that can power the world with less energy and fewer carbon emissions, while promoting repairability and circularity. The company recently doubled its motor deployments for cooling equipment inside some of the largest AI data centers — where they consistently reduce energy by upwards of 20%.
