In booth #719, Grundfos will host its 4th annual WaterPRO Competition and demonstrate the newly launched SP 6-inch hydraulic pump, the latest SPE and SP/SQ water pump systems for municipal and residential water systems and Grundfos Connect, a cloud-based water infrastructure monitoring and control solution.

At NGWA Groundwater Week, Grundfos will demonstrate the following products for groundwater professionals:
- SP 6-Inch Pump – A new generation SP pump with optimized, reliable hydraulics, improved energy efficiency, energy savings, and a longer product lifetime.
- SPE Submersible Ground Pumps – A range of frequency-regulated, all stainless steel submersible pumps in various sizes for groundwater.
- SQ Submersible Pumps – Compact 3” multistage centrifugal pumps, which can be installed in 3” or larger boreholes. Featuring built-in electronics, they are simple to install and operate and guarantee a reliable water supply at all times.
- SP Submersible Borehole Pumps – suitable for boreholes in sizes ranging from 4″ over 6″ and 8″ to 10″, Grundfos SP are all stainless-steel pumps available in 3 material grades.
- Grundfos Connect – A plug-and-play cloud-based monitoring and control system that is an efficient and cost-effective alternative to more costly SCADA systems.
- CU 302 and CU 202 – These water system control units also include the SQE submersible pump and the SQFlex solar-powered pump, respectively.
After competitions at local events throughout the year, the Grundfos WaterPRO Competition culminates at NGWA’s Groundwater Week, where the 10 winners of the local events compete for a $10,000 grand prize and the Guts and Glory title. In this year’s local events, contestants were asked to replace a seal on a Grundfos renewable energy–powered pump. The final competition events will be revealed at NWGA.
