Tata Steel‘s Industrial Consulting Division (TSIC) and TEXMiN, the Mining Technology Innovation Hub at IIT (ISM) Dhanbad, have formed an alliance aimed at supporting innovation and transforming the natural resource management landscape in India.

The collaboration is set to propel the mining industry into the era of ‘Mining 4.0’, reflecting a shared commitment to a sustainable and efficient future for the sector.

In this regard, the two companies signed an MOU that will see them combine their expertise to integrate software and digital methodologies into exploration, mining and beneficiation processes.
