Energy Transition Minerals has appointed Sara Kelly as its new non-executive chair.
Kelly will be replacing Ed Mason, who will be stepping down from his position due to increasing executive commitments.
During Mason’s 18-month journey at Energy Transition Minerals (ETM), he played an instrumental role in guiding the company through key strategic decisions. ETM said Mason’s commitment to its growth and success has been invaluable, and it extends gratitude for his contributions.
Kelly has over 17 years’ experience as a corporate lawyer, and has experience in corporate governance, compliance and risk management.
Kelly has previously been involved in a broad range of cross-border and domestic transactions such as capital raisings, asset acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and corporate restructures. She currently sits as the non-executive chair of Midas Minerals, a lithium focused exploration company.
“Sara brings with her a considerable experience as a company director and corporate lawyer that will undoubtedly enrich our governance practices,” Energy Transition Minerals managing director Daniel Mamadou said.
“We are pleased to welcome Sara to our leadership team and look forward to building a successful future for Energy Transition Minerals.”
ETM is a mineral exploration company that focuses on lithium, rare earths, and other minerals that are critical to a low carbon future.
